The London Book Fair (LBF) at ExCeL London is the world's premier publishing event. Covering everything from electronic publishing to international rights, this exhibition attracts an audience from around the globe, with featured international collectives from France, Spain, Germany, New Zealand, Canada, China, Norway and the United States.

 

This year, some 29,600 people attended the show, representing an overall trade attendance increase of 19% on the previous year, while the overseas attendance was up by a massive 20%. In 2005, the Book Fair hosted over 1,500 exhibiting companies from 46 countries.*

The Official LBF 2006 Pocket Guide will be full of useful tips on the show, as well as a floor plan, maps showing how to get to Olympia and information on the best London hotels and restaurants for delegates to relax at, and entertain in, at the end of each day.

Pocket London will produce 30,000 copies of the London Book Fair Pocket Guide and approximately 4,000 PDF copies to assist those attending this annual event with their accommodation, entertainment, eating and travel needs.

 

The guide is sent out to all exhibitors and pre-registered visitors 8 weeks prior to the show with their passes, giving delegates plenty of time to plan their stay in London.
