Circulation - 250,000 copies
The total circulation currently envisaged from shows at ExCeL London is 395,000 copies between May 2006 and April 2007 inclusive when taking into account all the shows we have confirmed.
ExCel London will be distributing 30,000 copies of their own version of the guide. This will be achieved using them for their own marketing and the remainder will be sold, on a copy by copy basis, to the very small shows and conferences at ExCeL London.
The remaining circulation of 220,000 copies will be taken up by shows and exhibitions that we are still currently talking to.
Pocket London is close to completing a contract for 140,000 copies, leaving a balance of just 80,000 copies to still find exhibitions for.
We will therefore guarentee to produce and distribute sensibly, the outstanding volumes of guides beyond May 2007, if we need to. However advertisers buying into this circulation now will benefit on the upside should Pocket London gain orders greater than the current envisaged circulation, because we will not charge any more to those advertiser taking a leap of faith and booking the whole circulation now.
